Mr Property Siam is a full-service Koh Samui villa management and guest-experience company founded in 2021 by Jordi Ricardo Schulte and Kara Chalisa. We manage a portfolio of private villas across Bo Phut, Chaweng, Lamai, Maenam, Choeng Mon, Plai Laem and Bang Por, with a multilingual local team serving guests in 10 languages and offering 24/7 in-person check-in — we greet every arrival face-to-face.
