Candlelit dinner-for-two, anniversary surprises, sunset proposals — all set up inside your Mr Property Siam villa on Koh Samui. Florals, lanterns, table dressing, optional chef and live music.
Some moments deserve a private setting and your full attention. We arrange complete romantic dinner setups inside the villa — table dressing, florals, lanterns, candlelight by the pool, frangipani garlands, optional private chef, optional live acoustic guitarist or violinist. You choose the level. We handle every detail and clear it all away the next morning.
What's included
- Full table dressing with cream linen, gold-rim glassware and floral centrepiece
- Candles and lanterns arranged along the pool deck or terrace
- Frangipani petals on a path leading to the table — at your request
- Optional private chef cooking a multi-course menu in your kitchen
- Optional live acoustic guitarist or violinist for the first hour
- Sparkling wine on ice — or your bottle, brought to temperature

Anniversary Package
Everything in Simple plus a small celebration cake (no writing), a bouquet for the table, and a champagne welcome on arrival. Petals on the bed turn-down on the way back.

Proposal / Full Surprise
Pool-side lantern path, custom florals, private chef four-course menu, live musician for the first hour, photographer optional. We meet you 48 hours before to plan every detail.

How to book
We need 48 hours for Simple, 5 days for Anniversary, and 14 days for Full Surprise (musicians and photographers book up). Tell us the date, the time, any allergies, and what the occasion is — we'll take it from there.
What we won't do
We don't run cookie-cutter "romance packages" with rose-petal hearts on the bed for any random booking. If you want that look on a Tuesday with no occasion, we'll do it gladly — but only on request. Surprises stay surprises.
