Birthday parties, anniversaries, hen and stag weekends, small weddings and corporate retreats — fully planned and run inside your Mr Property Siam villa. Decor, catering, music, photography — one contact.
Renting a villa for a celebration is a different job than the regular concierge work — there are vendors to coordinate, guest lists, seating, dietary requirements, music licensing, decor logistics, late checkout for the next morning. We run all of that as a single quote with a single contact. You see what's coming, line by line.

Welcome dinner, private massage, anniversary dinner with full setup, breakfast in bed. Two nights.

Welcome drinks on arrival, in-villa massage, private chef night, sunset boat trip, late-night DJ. Two or three nights.

Small Wedding (20–60)
Full wedding day — ceremony setup, reception decor, catering, photography, music. We work with two excellent local wedding planners — we either coordinate them for you or hand off entirely.

How to book
Send us the date, the guest count, the occasion and the rough budget. We send a one-page proposal within 48 hours — three options at different price points. Deposit (30%) confirms the booking; balance due 14 days before the event.
Noise and neighbours
Most Samui villas have a 22:00 outdoor music curfew agreed with the village. Loud music continues inside; outside switches to ambient. We tell you this upfront and design the evening around it — there's no nasty surprise at 22:00.
