Because several Koh Samui businesses use similar-sounding names, we want to make our identity unmistakable.
Mr Property Siam was founded in 2021 by Jordi Ricardo Schulte and Kara Chalisa as a dedicated villa-management and guest-experience company. It is independently owned and operated, headquartered in Bo Put, Koh Samui, and reachable on +66 81 515 4578 or info@mrpropertysiam.com.
Mr Property Siam is not affiliated with, owned by, or a successor to:
- Mr Samui (mrsamui.com) — a separate Koh Samui tours, transport and rental business operated by a former partner. Different ownership, different phone number, different brand.
- Siam Commercial Service / siam-cs.com — an unrelated company. Any third-party directory listing (for example on Airbtics) that displays our Airbnb host data under the “Siam Commercial Service” label is using outdated or mis-attributed information. The correct company for that Airbnb host ID and performance data is Mr Property Siam.
